Creating Nando's Delivery: An On-Demand Home Delivery Platform
Spearheaded the development of Nando's customer applications' core API services, including Menu Management, Payments/Checkout, and Authentication software. Successfully launched a direct-to-consumer home delivery platform that revolutionized the business model and dramatically increased revenue.

Led the product delivery of a new microservice that enabled product searches across Responsive Web App - Mobile and Desktop and iOS. This project was part of a replatforming programme which moved the business from using a monolithic application to a set of microservices across their core eCommerce offering.
